IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support
Job Description :
A fantastic opportunity exists for an IT Support Analyst to join fast growing company providing support to corporate clients. The successful candidate is likely to have 1st Line Helpdesk Support or broad IT support experience in Microsoft Windows environment, has a real positive attitude towards providing the best customer service possible and the desire to join a hugely successful company with a progressive attitude towards IT support. Working in this IT team will give you responsibility for certain areas but also the opportunity to experience a wide variety of technologies and the relevant training to support your personal development. You will get exposure cutting edge technologies and bespoke systems to take your career to the next level. Minimum 3 years experience in the same role with full/clean driving license.The successful candidate will be providing telephone/remote support for users using Microsoft applications including Outlook & Windows XP. Candidates will be logging calls and providing high levels of customer service to log faults using Help Desk software in a 1st line capacity working within strict SLA’s. This position is ideal for someone looking to further their skills in Helpdesk support.
Network Administrator / Second Line Support

We deliver fully managed, high availability network services to prestigious organisations in the UK. Our mission is to deliver high quality consulting and support solutions for our clients within the London area. You are required to plan, implement and administer all aspects of the technical infrastructure for our clients through remote and on-site support. You must have previous experience in network documentation and should be able to draft up recommendations based upon the network findings.- 5 years + technical support experience
- Ideally MCP/ MCSE 2000 / 2003 qualified
- Hands on experience of Windows 2000, 2003, Exchange 2000 & 2003, SBS 2000 & 2003
- Terminal services experience
- VPN and Firewall Knowledge
- Server Hardware
- Backup Software – Veritas and Arcserve
- Antivirus – Symantec, McAfee
- Able to resolve PC, Server issues / Network Issues
- Superb customer focus abilities
